Shannon Gardner, DMCP
Shannon’s work hard, play hard mentality is one that has created an incredible company culture. She enjoys traveling with her 2 sons and husband, Jeremy. When not in the office, you can find her pontooning around their lake house in the summer.

Jeremy Gardner
Jeremy manages the behind-the-scenes operations at Accent. He loves the outdoors and tries to fly fish and hike as much as he can. You can also find him working on his DJ setlists, a hobby he picked up over the past few years.

Megan Laigaard, CSEP, DMCP
Megan was a 2-term intern and has made a name for herself in the event industry over the past 14 years. On Friday nights, you can find her supporting her husband, Chris, who coaches high school football. Together they are new parents to their daughter, Elsa, and her fur siblings Buckeye, the miniature Dachshund, and the Corgis, Snip and Maverick.

Kimberly Hoffman, CMP, DMCP
Kimberly oversees Accent's strategic initiatives, third party and civic partnerships and produces world-class events for key accounts. With a strong background in event management and experience-led marketing, she brings more than 15 years of expertise to Team Accent.

Miro Diamanté, DMCP
Known for his attention to detail, Miro is always on the hunt for the next great. Outside of work, he channels his energy into millennial nostalgia, reality competition‑TV deep dives, and a continued obsession with pickleball.

Shawn O'Brian
Shawn oversees the day-to-day accounting for the team, which has earned him the nickname, Petty Cash. He loves hanging out with his dog, Roger. His favorite place to be is down on Lake Lemon chillin’ on some sort of flotation device.

Rachel Schumacher, DMCP
Rachel has a love of spreadsheets and office supplies that translates to her ability to organize some pretty amazing meetings and events. She loves going to Victory Field to catch a baseball game or binging Hallmark Channel.

Jessica Bennett
Jessica has been with the team for 8 years, starting as part time event staff. She has a strong commitment to DEI initiatives and makes a conscious effort to support diversity among our vendors. She is a single mom of 2 beautiful daughters that keep her on her toes at all times.

Marissa Gagnon, DMCP
Marissa has been involved in Indy’s tourism and hospitality industry since 2017 in many different capacities. She is driven by personal connection, collaboration, and community impact and loves bringing people together through meaningful experiences. After work hours you can find her figure skating, gaming with her cat on her lap, or walking her two dogs with her college sweetheart, Andrew.

John Denton, DMCP
John is an Indy native who has been working in the events industry since 2017. He loves any opportunity to flex his creative muscle and is always dreaming of what events he can do next. You can typically find him watching Bravo or hanging with his partner and their two pups, Parker, and Finn.

Madelyn Rogers
Madelyn is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, from planning offsite activities to organizing dine-arounds that highlight the best spots in Indy. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her checking out local coffee shops or spending time with her puppy, Ivy.

Rachel Crumrin, CMP
Rachel first joined Team Accent in 2019 as part-time event staff and has been expanding her expertise in event logistics and venue operations at some of our favorite Indy attractions ever since. When she's off the clock, Rachel enjoys binge-watching shows with her partner Robby, cuddling her kittens Franklin and Oliver and listening to her favorite true crime podcasts.

Katie Mulcahy
Katie has an elaborate past in the events industry, starting from her humble roots of hometown weddings to her most recent adventures with monster trucks and swimming pools. When she's not in the office, you'll find her and her husband, Drake, at the movie theater enjoying their perfected butter to salt ratio on their popcorn.

Dustin Frye
Born and raised in Plainfield, IN, and a proud graduate of IUPUI, Dustin is our resident sports aficionado. He’s attended at least one game in all five major US sporting leagues. When he's not cheering from the stands, Dustin is either hitting the pavement for a run, exploring new restaurants, or embracing his sporty side in every way possible.
